iCLA’s iEXPerience Program invited students to explore local temples Zenkoji and Tokoji which are steeped in Yamanashi history.

On May 25th, iCLA students visited local Buddhist temples Tokoji Temple and Kai Zenkoji Temple to learn about history in Kofu and engage in a Haiku Workshop.
Hannah won the iCLA Memorabilia Contest with her unique design of the iCLA logo. The design was printed on iCLA merchandise.
Students visited Lumiere Winery, a winery operating since 1885 in Fuefuki City to learn about the Yamanashi wine industry.
Students voted for the best tea across Japan in the Japanese Tea Awards 2023 in an event organized with the iCLA Language Acquisition Center.
