A warm welcome to new students!
Last week, the Fall 2022 Entrance Ceremony was held in the Memorial Hall on campus and the ceremony was broadcast over YouTube and Zoom. President Takako Aoyama gave a welcome address to all new entrants to Yamanashi Gakuin University. 4th-year iCLA student Ashley also warmly welcomed new students with a speech as student representative.
Due to COVID-19 prevention measures, Yamanashi Gakuin University has held ceremonies on a departmental level in the previous two years. This marks the first time in two years to hold a joint Entrance Ceremony between multiple departments in the university.
