Fall 2025 Graduation Ceremony Information

The Graduation Diploma will be awarded after the ceremony at the iCLA building.
Any changes will be announced via email, UNIPA, YGU website and iCLA website. Be sure to check the most updated information using the above stated methods.

Date: Friday, August 29, 2025
Time: From 10:00am
Venue: YGU Memorial Hall (40th Anniversary Hall)

*Graduates and families can enter the ceremony hall from 9:40am
*Please be seated by 9:55am
*The ceremony will last approximately 40 minutes
*Family members can also be seated at the ceremony hall

After the graduation ceremony, a “Tea Party with Graduates” will be held in Student Lounge Y. This year, to celebrate your graduation, the President and faculty members from each department will join us to talk with the graduates. We hope you and your parents or guardians will be able to join us.

Additionally, after the photoshoot at the iCLA building, a small celebration with drinks and snacks will be held at the 1st floor iCLA Lobby. The event will start at around 12:30pm. We hope you and your family members and faculty members can join the gathering.

Returning your Student ID card
Your Student ID card will be collected on the day of the ceremony. Please remember to bring your Student ID card.

For students who cannot attend the graduation ceremony
If students cannot be present at the ceremony, the graduation Diploma will be posted to the students’ registered address on our system within one week after the ceremony.

Parking
Please use the Yamanashi Gakuin University parking areas, “Parking no.1 N”. Furthermore, we encourage the usage of public transport as parking space is limited.
